After purchasing a Jungfrau Pass, we headed to Männlichen via the new Grindelwald Terminal.

We first hiked to Kleine Scheidegg, one of our favorite hiking routes, while viewing the three Jungfrau peaks. In Männlichen, we decided to make a round trip to the nearby summit of Männlichen, which we had not visited before. The view from the summit was spectacular.

From Kleine Scheidegg, we visited Jungfraujoch (3454m) on the Jungfrau Railway, which is the best mountain railroad among all mountain railroads.

Eiger gletcher station on the way to Jungfraujoch was newly renovated and beautiful, and Jungfraujoch station had an additional line. The glaciers seemed to have decreased drastically compared to the past due to global warming, and the snowy plains below seemed to have become thinner. I thought this was true for Switzerland as a whole.

We returned to the Eigergletscher station and hiked to Kleine Scheidegg and Wengenalp (4.3km,1:20).

It was a pleasant walk with the old Mittelregi Hütte and Fallbodensee on the way, and cattle grazing.

From Wengenalp, we returned to Interlaken via Lauterbrunnen.
