[November 2nd]
It had been drizzling since the morning and gradually got stronger, so we weren't able to go out until mid-afternoon. Our plan was to hike Stechelberg and see the waterfalls and such.

A little after noon, the rain was small enough that I no longer needed an umbrella, so I thought I'd go to and from Interlaken West station and explore the city of Interlaken.
The rain stopped in the evening, so I went to Interlaken West station and back. There was a small event market on the way.
It looked like it had snowed on the mountains in the distance, so I think the trail we hiked yesterday is no longer walkable.
A short walk away there was a Japanese-style garden, and the main road was closed to cars and a bazaar was being held, and there was a good harvest. Stepping onto a back street, there were cows grazing, and it felt peaceful.
Without wanting to buy anything in particular, I walked to West Station, stopped off at the Coop supermarket to buy dinner and breakfast for the next day, and returned to YouthHostel. They had instant noodles, but they were very expensive!
As expected from (expensive) Switzerland!
By the time we got back to the YouthHostel, it was already dark.
I accidentally formatted my phone and lost all the video data I had taken up until today (crying)
I decided to take it home as a book and try to restore it.
I regretted not doing such a thing without a PC on-site.

In order to make the most of SD cards while you're there, bring lots of SD cards with you and don't back up your data to an SSD, so you'll never accidentally delete anything.
